I am connected with my WAN ip and have selected to block below but sites are still loading. Yesterday it was fine. Just started testing NextDNS but the service seems to be not very reliable?

NextDNS app no longer requires a passcode
With the last iOS update the Next DNS app no longer requires a passcode to enter. This make is useless as a parental control service. Please reinstate the pass code on the NextDNS iOS app!!!!!
