NextDNS not working for the router

hello, i updated the DNS servers as said from my Dashboard from NextDNS to my Admin page on the router, however, its only works on my PC and doesnt work for other mobile phones, etc. If i block a site, it only blocks on my PC, and not the whole router. Any help i would appreciate it!

      Need more info on where you set the DNS in the router. Also other devices, what are their setups?

      what do you mean where i set them up in the router? they only have 1 option for DNS management which is where i set them.

      I cannot find a manual for that router online. So I can't help much or give any specific details on what to do.

      Is there a section name for where that DNS setting is in (not shown in pic)? Or what setting is above that one you provided a pic of?
