Mac using the wrong profile

I am using a Mac w/ macOS 15.1. I have the NextDNS app 1.5.1. I also have a macOS profile downloaded from NextDNS. I continue to get the message, "This device is using NextDNS with another profile." The profile I want to use is specified in the app and in the Mac profile I installed. I have rebooted my computer, toggled the App settings and reinstalled the profile to no avail. What else can I do to get the computer to use the correct profile in NextDNS?
