Mac using the wrong profile

I am using a Mac w/ macOS 15.1. I have the NextDNS app 1.5.1. I also have a macOS profile downloaded from NextDNS. I continue to get the message, "This device is using NextDNS with another profile." The profile I want to use is specified in the app and in the Mac profile I installed. I have rebooted my computer, toggled the App settings and reinstalled the profile to no avail. What else can I do to get the computer to use the correct profile in NextDNS?

    @lou Hi lou, login to your Nextdns account. Then from the profile selector, select the correct profile. Then goto the setup tab and look for the instructions on how to setup your browser to use Nextdns's Doh. There are also instructions of how to setup your wifi to use nextdns's doh. However, I wish to be honest with you, I don't know which one is the most recommended - i would probably try the browser setup first. I am still some what of a newbie to nextdns...
