I exposed the lines in the /etc/systemd/resolved.conf. Is it security vulnerability?

If it's the IPv4 pair, they're not secret, people can only use the filtering with linked IPs. If it's the IPv6 pair, they're unique to your profile, not really a vulnerability but if you're on a free plan others can use your profile until the quota ran out and you'll get no filtering nor logging until next month.
