Cannot remove from OSX Sonoma 14.0

Installed via the profile and NextDNS worked well. I want to install it now so removed the Profile as expected.

Rebooted, but the NextDNS site Logs show the DNS requests are still going via NextDNS

I followed the quide here but requests are still going via NextDNS.  What else can i try?
