    Yeah @nrbb you're not along with this issue, I am also experiencing the same issue in Australia, being connected by nextdns router to PoPs quite far away, causing unacceptable slow responses.
    Till this gets resolved by @NextDNS team, I've made a (temporary) solutions you might like to try aswell, with resolved servernames out of: https://router.nextdns.io/?limit=10&stack=dual
    The only side affect is that my NextDNS client id is NOT used, so the filering is not happening on all devises...
