Login Issues - No Reset Email (Pro Account)

Like many others here, I have issues logging into my account and I cannot find a solution.

- when I try to log in, it said "incorrect combination"
- reset did not work
- double/triple checked email address, still nothing/same result over different days

Then I tried to register a new account, like proposed here, wich strangely worked.

What is even more strange: on my phone I am still logged in to my "old" account and can also see the protocols from my phone and also all devices connected to my NextDNS CLI client.

Pro was bought on 19.06.24 and not used with throw-away mail (mymail+nextdns.io@domain.com) and also not shared with anyone else, except my phone and home network clients.

 

Any ideas?

    I just tried making a new account with my existing email address(different password), and it worked also.  It didn’t have any of my profiles from my original account nor did it send a confirmation, so I don’t believe that’s a valid test.    
     

    i think your options are to post here and send a message to support@ and hopefully you’ll eventually get a reply or reset link.

    I was able to re-access my account with one of the still open sessions on other devices.
    What I did:
    - change password of "old account"
    -- validate I can log in in second browser (to not log out of current session and lose access)

    - change email address of "old account", by removing the +nextdns.io from the mail address.
    -- validate I can log in (in second browser)

    - delete new account (that I created to test if my account is still there) incl. +nextdns.io
    - change email address of old account back to mymail+nextdns.io@domain.com
    -- validate in second browser again I can log in

    Seems to be working fine now.
