NextDNS App not working with macOS 15.0 Sequoia

After upgrading my 2021 Apple M1 Max MacBook Pro to macOS 15.0, the NextDNS app is causing all browsing to fail. When the app is enabled, all browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) on my Mac cannot browse to any web page (e.g. google.com). When the app is disabled, everything works fine.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, reconfiguring the settings, rebooting, etc. - the behavior is consistent.

Oddly enough, I can resolve domain names from the terminal (e.g. `dig google.com`).

      Did a full restart and browser DNS started working again.

    I'm experiencing the same on my M1 macbook air, i tried reinstalling the mac profile but still played up, now using the client app and worked then started slowing down everything and  now back to DNS issues so switched off until it gets sorted.
