Ping results not correct

Hello,

I just wanted to check to see if my setups looks ok. This one is setup on my Android tablet: Galaxy Tab S6 lite, Model: SM-P610. 

I have 3 different devices, each with their own NDNS profile & logs being saved to a different location. When I go to ping.nextdns.io website it doesn't always hit the lowest latency server, and eveything looks to be out of order sometimes. This is new behavior. What you see in the attached image, is exactly all I see. I test monthly. Have never seen results like this before.

Its like my files have been tampered with, but no-one has access except Google!?! (I am 90% degoogled, and they are trying to force me to update. Not sure that has anything to do with it).

Is there not a way to secure our settings so they cannot be changed except by the owner?
