Sub-optimal routing , increasing the ping
Check the link dialogue and route through “anexia-maa” as ultra low latency 1 and anycast1.
If possible add anexia-singapore as anycast 2.

I found that disabling Anonymized EDNS Client Subnet under settings helps to prefer more local content servers. While it was enabled, a tracert to www.facebook.com led to east of Canada. However, disabling used a more local content server in the region, west United States.
