Next DNS charged money only for entering the page

I would like a refund for my money u charged me only by entering the page and tried to use ,,but it doesnt work at all. And u charged me when it clearly says is free. Would like to to talk to a support person..

    They can’t charge you unless you gave them a payment method

       they did and they still doing it. I will have to cancel my bank card to STOP it ,because rey dont respond.after that im going to the court,  because I feel the stealing me by taking money for a s" free " service I didn't even used it
