IP blocked?

Hi,

I'm using nextdns over 5 years with success.

Last days I can't connect to secondary IP address from nextdns.

My IP address from my account are:

45.90.28.120
45.90.30.120

I'm able to resolve using 45.90.28.120:

dig @45.90.28.120 my.nextdns.io +short
76.76.21.123
66.33.60.129

When using the 45.90.30.120 I'm getting connection timeout.

dig @45.90.30.120 my.nextdns.io +short  ; <<>> DiG 9.10.6 <<>> @45.90.30.120 my.nextdns.io +short

;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

I have tried to duplicate my nextdns setup to getting a new dns server IP, but the new IPs are in the same network, 45.90.28.x and 45.90.30.x

I'm think there are some route or blocked network 45.90.30 from my country (and ISP).

Is possible to change my dns server to another (very different) network (not 45.90.30.x)?
