NextDNS, HTTPS DNS Proxy and Devices

It there anyway to log devices separately without using NextDNS CLI on my router (Cudy WR3000 v1)? 

I have HTTPS DNS Proxy setup with NextDNS, instead.

OpenWRT 24.10 firmware doesn't have enough space to install NextDNS CLI and SQM.

It's a 16MiB router reporting 8MiB. Guess because of A/B partitions?

    You may use dnsmasq directives:

    add-mac
    add-subnet=32,128
     

    It won’t report names but you will have LAN IP and device model.
