NextDNS cli and ProtonVPN

Hi,

I am using the NextDNS cli tool in Linux.

It works good until I connect to ProtonVPN. I changed the ProtonVPN to use DNS 127.0.0.1 (NextDNS is listening there).

After it connects to ProtonVPN, nextdns stops working. I can see in the logs a lot of errors  that look like this:

May 13 20:46:58 archbeelink nextdns[6602]: Query 127.0.0.1 UDP A notifications.bitwarden.com. none (qry=45/res=45) 5001ms : doh resolve: context deadline exceeded

It seems to be a problem in nextdns cli tool. I tried using the Control D tool using my nextdns profile and it works when I connect to ProtonVPN.

Can someone help me solve this problem?
