Loss of my subscription

Hello,

I must have made a mistake lately because my "ID" has changed and I no longer benefit from my NextDNS subscription.
I'm now on a "free" plan with a monthly limit.

Would you have any advice on how to get my rights back?

    You are likely using the wrong email to authenticate. Please send the original profile id in DM so we can find the account it is associated with.
