Subject: Windows client running but configuration shows unconfigured

I'm using Windows 10 with the NextDNS Windows client already installed.

• Configuration ID: 7372ca

• Gambling category: enabled

• NextDNSService: Running, Automatic

• NextDNSEngine: Running, Automatic

• Client status: Started (Supervised)

• The configuration ID is saved in the application.

• The test page at test.nextdns.io reports status: unconfigured.

• The DNS resolver shown by the test is 41.175.52.100.

Please help me diagnose why the Windows client is not applying my configuration, without requiring me to remove the existing restrictions or reinstall the software if possible.
