False positive: bycubby.com blocked, all ten vendors that flagged it have withdrawn

Hi NextDNS team,

bycubby.com and www.bycubby.com are being resolved to the NextDNS block
page instead of their real address.

Evidence: RIPE Atlas measurements 221984687 and 221984710, run
13 October 2026. Probes in Australia and the United States received a
certificate for blockpage.nextdns.io, issued by NextDNS Blockpage Edge
CA, at 149.248.211.216, rather than our real certificate at
34.111.179.208. Both hostnames were affected, one measurement each.

About the site: bycubby.com is the retail storefront of Lazy Waves Pty
Ltd (ABN 47 649 855 363), an Australian company selling personalised
children's fabric activity books. It serves marketing and product pages,
with payment processed by Shopify at checkout.bycubby.com. No credential
collection, no login screens, no user-generated content, no downloadable
executables, no obfuscated JavaScript.

Why I believe this is stale: the domain was incorrectly classified as
phishing by several vendors in late August 2026. All ten reviewed and
withdrew that classification between 9 and 14 September 2026, including
Fortinet, Forcepoint, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Sophos, CRDF and SOCRadar.
The VirusTotal domain report has shown zero detections out of 93 since
14 September and now categorises the domain as "shopping".

Google Safe Browsing has never flagged this domain, and Google Search
Console reports no security issues or manual actions.

The domain was registered in October 2025, so this is not the NRD list.

Impact: real customers in Australia and Canada have been unable to reach
our store, and at least two abandoned purchases as a result. They see
"This website may be impersonating bycubby.com", which is particularly
damaging for a children's product retailer.

Could you confirm which component is blocking this, whether Threat
Intelligence Feeds or AI-Driven Threat Detection, and have both
bycubby.com and www.bycubby.com removed.
