Nextdns is running but nothing is being filtered

I am on EndeavorOS used cmdline client to setup:
- "nextdns status" shows running
- "/etc/resolv.conf" is being managed by nextdns
- logs tab shows queries
But nothing is being blocked is tried systemd-resolved method too but same results
