issue site osten.com.br e ovd.com.br

I've already added the websites to the whitelist, but it's still blocking them. What could be happening?

    You don't need to add to the «Allowlist» something that isn't blocked from the start, it will not make any difference, the ones blocked are marked clearly with red and the allowed ones with green. 

    In this cases from what I see there is nothing to do with DNS per se or blocking but something that seems strange initially, all you have to do is to put www in front of the domains because they have different responses and the domain without www doesn't have https and newer browsers block connections without it. You get a warning and you need to select to continue which will then redirect you to the www one.
