NextDNS blocking insurance search functions

Hello, 

I've been a paying customer of NextDNS for awhile now. Hundreds of dollars a year I spend. So I firmly support what NextDNS is doing and would like to get this resolved as I am unable to use the platform until it's resolved.

My issue is about a week ago, we noticed a global issue across numerous customers that could not access the Delta Dental providers Patient Search Function. We put in over 15 calls with Delta Dental over this span. Keep in mind, prior to about 1 week ago, everything worked perfectly fine. So, I surmise a change was made within that span of time on the backend of NextDns.

Basically, when trying to search a patient, the tool just does nothing, as if the connection is dropped with zero messages, no error outs, nothing. By nature, we blame Delta because they've always had a horrible website, all the other dental insurance sites were working. Every single one that our clients use! 

Despite a global allow whitelist for the domain *.dentalofficetoolkit.com.

We isolated it by DNS, by temporarily moving to 1.1.1.1 and flushing the DNS and boom, it works, tested across every environment having this issue.

Can someone look at the logs for that domain on the backend and help ?
