How to enter trouble ticket or get help?

I don't see anyway to enter a trouble ticket or get help. How do I get help from NextDNS?

All of our phones, laptops, and pcs are setup according to the setup guide that we've all used. For PCs I'm using the windows app. However, as of a week or so ago, my wife's laptop no longer works with NextDNS. All other pcs, laptops, etc, are fine. Cycling WIFI gets her back on, but as soon as she opens the laptop from sleep, there's no internet (it says it can't find DNS). Reboot doesn't help, I have to turn WIFI off and on again.

I uninstalled the app and entered the Windows 11 DNS info setup guide, and again it worked for a while, then it goes back to can't find DNS. 

I have removed the custom DNS setup for NextDNS and gone back to using Automatic DNS from our ISP. But of course that means not getting any of the advantages of NextDNS.

Unfortunately, I can't setup DNS on our router. I would love to do that, but it's the ISPs router (AT&T) and they don't let you change the DNS.

So basically, I have one laptop that won't work with NextDNS and I can't figure out why. I also can't figure out how to contact NextDNS support.

    Have you tried YogaDNS app? It's a recommended alternative to the official windows app.

    Same here. The diag app throws an error with "Client id not specified".  No way to contact support :(

    Everything is slow since switching the router and everything to NextDNS (paid account).

        I'm not using a diag app. How would that even work if the problem computer's problem was that it can't connect to the internet? It wouldn't be able to send a report... I just want to know why they do not have a help ticket system for paying customers. I'm a paying customer, too, and we should have some kind of technical support.
