Block all sites that not on th allowlist

from what i understood i can allow couple of sites on the allowlist and all the other sites will be block automatic but when i do it it doesnt work (i tryed to allow all the other features so it wouldnt conflict with the others settings)

can someone help? thanks

        thank you for the response. 

      I did block all the tld and added one site to the allowlist but the site was looking weird and all the graphics of the site changed
