3 of the IPv6 servers fail on Ethernet only

 Hello, as can be seen in this image, the IPv6 versions of vultr-fra, zepto-fra and vultr-lon fail. This is paired with constant, insanely slow resolution times. This issue only arises on Ethernet for some odd reason. Wi-Fi doesn't have these issues, but as I'd prefer to use Ethernet, I'd like to solve this issue…

    My first thought is to try a different ethernet cable. Also if possible, try a different device on ethernet.

      I actually switched out the entire backbone to be fully shielded and switched to a discrete NIC to fix a different issue, but this problem persisted throughout that. It only occurs on my main Windows 11 system, nothing else. And during troubleshooting, I've noticed that it doesn't always break? It tends to be broken on about 90% of boots, so for now my workaround is just constantly rebooting until it doesn't happen.
