Payment issue during annual subscription using VISA card and PAYPAL

Hello team!

I am trying to subscribe annually from India using a VISA credit card and paypal account. But every time, I am getting emails stating payment failed, and while using PAYPAL, it says the merchant is not accepting PayPal this time. Does anyone have any idea how to get through this?
