URL Blocked by NextDNS - Investigation Needed

I am writing to you because the following URL, https://status.virtualorbis.com/report/uptime/a461e72bca8ac7386f84b9f7553e200e/, which belongs to the Uptime report for a site I administer, appears to be blocked by NextDNS. I'm unsure why this is happening. Could you please investigate?
