Issue with captive portal on SNCF trains

Hello,

We have observed a recurring issue on several computers when traveling on SNCF trains. Users are able to connect to the train’s Wi-Fi network, but they cannot access the captive portal page. As a result, it is impossible for them to complete the login process and get online.

Could you please let us know if there is a workaround or a configuration adjustment that would allow users to connect successfully in this situation?
