The '9 months' thing seems to be correct as according to NextDNS's metadata,
https://github.com/nextdns/metadata/blob/master/privacy/blocklists/no-g.jsonNextDNS uses the wildcards-domains list which is in the GitHub screenshot you have shown, and that was last updated 10 months ago/2020-04-20.
