pages.gitlab.com is not working

pages.gitlab.com is not working, logs are showing it is not blocked.

Putting this URL in allowlist has no effect.

Please help.

    I was referring to https://page.gitlab.com/.

    It seems the mentioned URL is being blocked due to "oisd" blocklist.
