How do I setup Nextdns as quic setting in adguard adblocker?

    Assuming you're using one of their apps, then you should be able to add a custom DNS server via the DNS Protection settings and add your DNS-over-TLS/QUIC endpoint listed in your NextDNS setup; you might have to add the quic:// prefix first
