Surf websites using IP address

If I block

https://www.google.com/search?q=google, www.google.com

Then it is blocked and user can't go to this website

But he can by typing it's ip address 172.217.6.36.

  • The purpose of a DNS is to translate a URL, a domain name, into an ip address, if google.com is blocked, then the user cannot know the ip address of the blocked site. Unless he knows it by heart
