Updated payment method but charge still failing
My previously connected payment method expired, and I have updated it to an active one. However I keep receiving an email every few days telling me that the charge failed and will be tried again in 3 days.
I have tried re-adding the new card multiple times but the same thing keeps happening. When I add the card I see a card check appear on my bank, so the details are definitely correct.
Please help me resolve this, I do not want my account to get deactivated or anything like that due to unpaid invoices.

Your bank should be able to see any rejections and provide additional information

I have similar problem, changed cards too, but still keep getting failueres. I think this is due to payment restrictions in India on subscriptions. Can you enable one-time payment please?
