iOS 16 Public Beta 3 - DNS issue - can’t delete DNS settings!

Since installing iOS 16 public beta (3) and trying to change / add or just to use the automatic setting in the Wifi DNS Settings it’s not possible to change anything. 
 

when I want to delete the NextDNS settings they always come back even when trying automatic settings. Is there any fix and can anyone confirm this using the iOS 16 beta?

    Pretty sure that's an iOS bug that shouldn't have anything to do with NextDNS, You can change the DNS to something like 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) to see if its the same and if so gotta report that to Apple as a bug.
