Is freedns from afraid.org blocked on NextDNS?

I have recently decided to switch from DynDNS to afraid.org for my dynamic dns hostname. I have added the desired hostname and verified it is working from dns servers around the web, but for some reason it will not resolve correctly via my NextDNS nameservers.

Does NextDNS have any kind of blocking or known problem with the dynamic dns service from freedns.afraid.org?
