WTH HAPPENED HERE *cries

Is this why I think I have been MDM’ed without permission? Can someone explain please. All I know this happened after someone visited me and I noticed there was the apple content cache txt resolver. Is this my “workplace domain”? But I know how to setup without leak now. 
 

Btw not my router luckily, changing it soon

      DynamicNotSlow I had Kaspersky installed long time ago, and uninstalled too. All these domains contacted by unidentified device. In my config, all devices are identified. So this is most probably content caching but I am still trying to understand how before I setup my Draytek. I have been having issues with my Windows laptop, iPad and iPhone OS btw. Replacing all soon.
