next dns detected

when i turn off next dns, it works well with adguard ios app

 

adgaurd team told me turn on list-kr filter.

(it works well with list-kr filter in adguard app, without nextdns)

or, I expect other options to solve this problem.

 

I use adgaurd dns filter, easylist, adgaurd mobile filter at nextdns.

    It uses a simple Google Analytics based AdBlock detection mechanism.

    It's basic but effective, the reason why it works with Adguard is that they can see and modify the connection itself and spoof the said checks, it's usually done by an internal positive response.

    You can bypass it with NextDNS but you would lose a tiny bit of privacy as you would have to allow a Google Analytics domain, a query is sent there and if the site gets a response it lets you pass, if it's blocked by NextDNS the site says yeah they're doing something don't let them in.

      abcabc It's either pagead2.googlesyndication.com or tpc.googlesyndication.com you can whitelist one at a time and turn on/off airplane mode to clear your DNS cache and see what needs to be whitelisted for the site to function.

      One of them should work likely pagead2 and if it does, great you can enjoy NextDNS without sites annoying you.
