NextDNS on Windows 10 stops working even though icon still says "Enabled"

I've been using NextDNS for a couple months, and ~5 times on my child's Windows10 laptop, even though NextDNS shows "Enabled" in its system tray icon, Analytics and Logs show that it stopped recording any activity, hours or even a couple days earlier.

If I toggle to Disable and back to Enable, it immediately starts collecting logs again.

Is this a known bug?
