DoH server connection error: Host is unreachable

Hi,

Recently in the last 3 or so days i have experienced issues where i received DoH server connection error: Host is unreachable from my Mikrotik router(routerOS 7.10.1). I've had this config and nearly a year now and no issue so far, I've found a similar issue on here but I'm not exactly sure if it's related, but i tried applying some of the suggestions like adding the ultralow servers

Based on the logs first the errors start with:
DoH server connection error: Idle timeout - connecting
 

I'm actually not sure whats causing this, I lose network connection, mostly reboot helps and clearing cache
