I tried doing something similar personally but since YouTube delivers ads through their video domains, if you push ads back most videos stop working as well. Even the app on Android has protections against this, if it can't load the Video/Ad multiple times it will constantly play an Ad the second it connects to a server. So It wouldn't help but only hurt your experience.
