Unable to purchase subscription

Whenever I try to purchase, it states that my card is declined, however I have plenty of funds on said card. I emailed you guys approximately two months ago and as infuriating as it is, I've gotten no response. It's unreasonable to support a company who can't provide adequate support, so please respond ASAP.

    Usually this issue falls on the card issuer's side. Sometimes as a security measure, your issuer will automatically block certain new charges/transactions that it hasn't seen before. I'd suggest reaching out to the issuer/vendor of your debit or credit card (especially if you experience the same issue after trying all  of @93t9y suggestions)
