nextdns chooses wrong server for me

I don't know why I face this issue... Could you check the nextdns account with this forum account's address? Thank you.

    To be clear, the above ping result is from NextDNS app on my Mac.

    When I config Adguard Home to use Upstream DNS server with https://dns.nextdns.io/myid the ping result is fine as following. 

    ■ greencloud-han     5 ms  (ultralow2)

  anexia-han        35 ms  (ultralow1)
  zepto-sin         52 ms  (anycast1)
  zepto-hkg         52 ms
  anexia-tpe        62 ms
  serverfield-tpe   78 ms

  bangmod-bkk       94 ms
  thegigabit-kul   108 ms
  premiumrdp-kul   119 ms
  premiumrdp-bkk   120 ms

    However, it seems that my account has some problem with ECS, so all servers ip I receive come from Singapore.
