unidentified devices

I write because I see the entry "unidentified devices" on the log, what is it?

Who can kindly give me a little explanation about it

Hi Lex, try deleting your original .mobileconfig certificate from your device and create a new .mobileconfig certificate making sure to fill in both fields (Profile & Device name.) Install it and now try again. Once i did this, the issue disappeared for me.

How do you delete what you say? Where should I go? The procedure is not very clear to me...

  This is for an ios device. Go into the iphone settings app. Goto 'General' then 'Vpn, DNS & Device Management' now select the nextdns profile under "configuration profile" you will need to enter your phones unlock pin.
  
  I'm not familiar with Android settings, so if you are on android, you may like to do a quick search for where to find vpn, dns & device management. Or open your main android settings (not the sortcuts) and do a search directly within settings.
