Unable To Delete Allow List Entry

I'm attempted to delete an entry on my allowlist

Format of the entry is "example" with no TLD. I can find the entry in search of Allowlist. Selecting the "x" to delete, the entry is removed from the results but reappears when I search again.

    Try without the «search» part, just scroll until you get to the domain you want to delete or disable.
