Rewrites over DoH not working

As title states. It worked around 2 weeks ago but now it doesn't seem to resolve any of the rewrites I have.
I'm using DoH configured in Firefox running on Windows 11.
I have tried to resolve domains using about:networking#dnslookuptool without any success.

It seems to work if I test using nslookup to dns1 but not dns2 and it doesn't work at all using DoH.

Is it a known problem or is it an issue on my side?
