High latency/ping in resolving DNS

I have been facing high latency from 30 - 90 ms. Earlier I used to get around ~10 ms.

It makes connections being dropped so bad that conversations or gaming apps are not working smoothly.

    From what we can observe, the latency is occurring within the network of your ISP. This explains why you're experiencing increased latency across all our endpoints, despite them not sharing the same network path.

       please assist me, with how shall I approach my ISP to highlight this issue.

      Shall I share the same diagnosis report with them? Or might I need additional information to identify and prove latency issues on their side?

       you may ping/traceroute other destinations as well as it is likely not limited to our service.
