Deleted NextDns and entire account and still getting random sites blocked

Downloaded next dms and cant use AO3 or other random sites. No matter whether I whitelisted, changed IP, turned off DNS, deleted DNS, deleted my account from nextDNS, nothing has undone this. Need help
