If I add x.domain.com to my allowlist, will nextdns still block domain.com URLs that don't begin with x.domain.com?

I block youtube because I don't want to be distracted watching videos.

But today, I was on my computer on https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.riteshsahu.SMSBackupRestore. When I press the "Install" button, it asks which of my phones I'd like to install the app on.. But then it goes to a URL that begins with accounts.youtube.com/accounts/SetSID?..........[superlong_URL]

If I put accounts.youtube.com on my allowlist, will it still block all youtube.com videos?
