Logs not shown in account
Hello. Starting today, I've been experiencing the following problem. It means requests made from our devices aren't visible in my personal account. Or sometimes they appear as if only three requests were made. Is this a problem with NextDNS or what? What's the problem?
Yesterday or the day before, everything was fine, nothing like this was observed.

Same here. Starting today my logs are not updating or only a few old requests show up. Yesterday everything worked normally. I didn’t change any settings and there was no router update. DNS still works, but the account logs/analytics look missing or delayed.

I can also see this one occuring as of today. Seems to be a lag of around 10-15 minutes on my logs appearing across all profiles. My log storage location is Switzerland and most of my requests hit resolvers in the UK.

I believe there's been an issue with the UK servers in the last few hours. I use the cli on my OpenWrt router and found the service broke and wouldn't reconnect. I did a DNS test and found it was using AS-CHOOPA on a 108 IP address as DNS which I presume is a NextDNS rented server? I rebooted the router and the service re-started around 1408 UK time. I'm still getting limited logs and the ones that do come through are 15-20 mins late however.

I believe the majority of my logs are dropping or are not coming through yet, as I am only getting about 3 requests per minute come through which is significantly below my average.

Same here, German resolvers, Swiss logs.
Logs are incomplete and ~15mins late. -
NextDNS really needs to provide a status page. Issues like this seem to occur quite frequently and there is no way to know if they are aware, what is specifically wrong etc. A basic level of customer service would be nice.

It seems the logs are slowly catching up now.
