Password reset email is not sent to my email account

I am trying to reset my password and I can reset it at the help desk and log in, but when I try to reset it at https://my.nextdns.io/login, I do not receive the email.

    Help desk and NextDNS use two separate accounts.  Did you possibly use a different email address for your account at my,NextDNS.io ?

      No, I used the same e-mail address for both of them. When I look at my old e-mails, I have received regular e-mails, but now I am not receiving a password reset e-mail.
