Performance and stability deteriorating

Hi everyone,

I've noticed some deterioration in performance and stability lately.

I keep getting recurring errors to connect to DNS server in multiple devices. Eventually I also get some drops in my overall network performance. I changed to Cloudflare DNS as a temporary test and saw no errors.

These issues are also visible in DNSPerf ranking. I am located in South America, which has experienced increasingly high latency numbers. 

Stability is also listed below 99 percent, which is not acceptable.

Whats happening with NextDNS? Any known issue? Any recovery plan?
