Trying to block .online domain but getting 'invalid domain' error

I'm trying to block the following domain, but I get an error message.

Domain: https://buckshotroulette.online/

Error: "Enter a valid domain" form error

    Bryan, you're entering the web address. The domain is the part without "https://" prefix and "/" suffix.
